Apps tend to run much faster from built in storage compared to expandable. So if you're filling up your phone with lots of applications, maps, games, etc the internal will serve you better. If you fill your phone up mostly with photographs and/or music, then the external should do just fine.

The screen is actually subtly curved, so if you place it face down the screen itself shouldn't be touching the surface. I use my G4 without a case or screen protector and haven't had any problems so far.

To get to the option on my Verizon version - tap and hold on an open area of the home screen. At the bottom select 'wallpaper' and there should be an option for "multi-photo".

re: I'm not too familiar with 02 (I live in the US) but from their website, it looks like you can return or exchange the phone within 14 days if it has any defect: Just bring it in, tell them what's happening, and that you would like to exchange it for another unit.

Re: White or Black front? I agree - I looked at the darker accents but the light aluminum with the bamboo is just so clean/modern. Might be the first phone I place face down from time to time to see the rear of the device.

Re: White or Black front? I usually prefer black front bezels on phones and like having the entire face match when the phone is off. That said, I like the lighter backs on the Moto X style so I would probably go with the untreated aluminum trim with a bamboo or light grey silicone back.

If the aspect ratio (length vs width) of the image is wider than your phone screen - as in the picture above - it will have to crop the picture to make it fill the screen. Optimally, your background should be 2560 x 1440 pixels if you want it to fill the whole screen without any cropping...
