I agree getting an answer directly from the developer is the best way to go. I emailed them my question 2 days ago. Not holding my breathe. I've gotten a lot of great help from forums in the past including this one so I figured I'd try again.

No sir, you are wrong. Colornote that the OP refers to is NOT avail for ios, period. There is a completely different app called Color notes (plural) for ios. I LOVE color note and I'm thinking about switching to iPhone but I will miss color note sorely. Been searching the million alternatives...
