Multi view update on December 27th!

Long press the 'back' button to initiate the blue tab for the Multi-Task/drawer. Long press again to make it disappear. Then you can hold down the tab and move it to the top/right/bottom as well...if you do one-handed and hold it in your right-hand, you may want the tab on the right-side and the...

Multi view update on December 27th!

The official AT&T build (JZO54K.I317UCALK7) of the jzo54k update was under 200MB. As I recall, it's probably one of the the 17xMB downloads you mention. So, as you mention the ROM download...you didn't do this OTA, using AT&T's s/w update app right? Or you just didn't install any of these...

Multi view update on December 27th!

That's the question I had for those with the N7100 model...did they get the notification customization feature, or not? I haven't heard they did...albeit it was part of the feature list for our build (which is the same as the international version, up to the point where AT&T -in our case- mod's...

Multi view update on December 27th!

Right. This is what many of us figured long ago, when the complaints started to roll-in. But, interesting that you found out that it was by serial number...as opposed to region/location or some other method. I guess that is one way to do it. I got my update the first time I tried on the first...

Multi view update on December 27th!

Yeah...too bad. But, not the end of the world. Wondering if the N7100 update had it or not. AT&T may have taken it out, as it's the build, but suffixed with AT&T's build. In anycase...I posted this on AT&T's forum -similar thread... .... .... ... Also, yes the other carriers have enabled...

Multi view update on December 27th!

I live around DC and got it when I attempted the first time around the afternoon. It's probably rolled out in some order or round-robin...who knows, unless you work for them and it's not a secret to tell us. Frustrating, I'm sure. Think logically...how many people have an AT&T Note 2 by now...

Multi view update on December 27th!

Bumping this to see if someone has come across the answer about the notification shade/toggles customization. I'll have to check xda too when i get a chance. Is it available on the N7100 update, or did they also have this as a missing feature that the update described. Also...is it useful? Can...

Multi view update on December 27th!

Apparently we got the same update as Poland :) androidos.in/2012/12/samsung-galaxy-note-ii-android-4-1-2-update-roll-out-starts-with-poland/ At least. I'm at 4.1.2 with the jzo54k build. Kernel date is 30 Nov. In anycase it's the same as the release for the N7100 model. However, does anyone...

Also, someone noted that the 'sync' button is gone. I think this was already announced to be out the door in a later update. I don't recall why, but I don't recall it being a big deal. Perhaps, it was superseded/deemed unnecessary.

Multi view update on December 27th!

interesting...that was one of the videos i saw that shows the landscape toolbar...1:45 into it or so. Hmm...I THINK I saw my friend's Sprint phone was able to do it. I will ask when I see him at work again. Perhaps this was causing a bug and they changed it or something?

I think that is when you rotate the screen to 'landscape' view. Try it when you are using an app that you can do landscape in, not the home screen (which only can be in portrait view)

Yes, true, you beat me to it, I forgot to mention that it goes away with the back button as well as the notification toggle. Now, if I can get this update along with everyone else within the hour! Been patient this long, can wait a bit longer I guess. ;)

Multi view update on December 27th!

What's not it? Now you are confusing me! :) The vertical/horizontal scroll (depending on screen rotation) that person shows in the pic is the Samsung Multi-task feature that comes with this update. Drag the apps to the foreground and it creates the split-screen for two of them at a time. It...
