I have a mini on Verizon. If I do the cyanogen mod will I lose any important functions on my phone??? I use it for calls and apps. No games. No movies. They give me 1 gig data per month. will Verizon give me crap about it?? what do you think??

After you root what are 2-3 better OS to install???? besides Cynagon.. are they easy to install with Ubuntu or is it better to stick to Windows to install them?? How do you install them??

I need to MultiRom my 7 and use it for a music storage in my car and head unit,built in. I have been unable to burn MultiRom in cause I use Xubuntu and it just freezes. I dont have access to Windows. Can anyone around Salt Lake City volunteer to re OS my 7 for me???? And any info on the best way...

I think Multirom is a good direction but I cannot get it loaded into my nexus... something is going wrong after the unlock which I can do... Is it Xubuntu 13.04??? I need someone to load it for me maybe using Windows..or advice..

I use xubuntu and can mange to get my 7 unlocked but all the ways to get root from there fail. Is it possible that xubuntu just wont do it??? I have tried 4 different ways in the terminal and just dont get the same screens as the examples do. I have enabled debug and other stuff. its weird. Why...

I found cryogenMod ..at least its a slight alternative to bloated Google ware. I downloaded the installer but the instructions dont say how to actually do the mod.???I am running Xubuntu..... Anyone know how to reflash the Nexus 7 with this?? I would like the installer to do it but it doesnt...

when my mini rings I go to answer it and it wont unlock ...??? and when I see the 2 small red and green phones ,I hit them and nothing happens..?? Can I set the phone to auto unlock when the phone rings..?? otherwise what is wrong with my settings..??
