Yes, I tried to install Skype for Android but it won't open after installation -- the screen goes crazy while the system is trying to adjust resolution or orientation: everything's blinking and it's unusable.

I tried all options suggested in this thread and FPS is still hit-or-miss. I will return the device and get a Note 9 for now.

The FPS is an effin joke, works roughly 50% of the time. Registered and re-registered same finger twice, removed screen protector and what not. I just noticed that my home button has a scuff on its "chrome" edge. It seems to have come from out of nowhere, the phone is just a few days old. What's the home button made of, probably plastic?
