Just beware that while you won't lose Sense 5 function, you'll lose the ability to use Sense 5 "widgets" like Blinkfeed.

This mighty be a noob question, so please bare with me. I rooted my One and installed custom recovery on it(TWRP), and I'm trying to do a OTA update. But when the phone reboots, it goes to TWRP recovery screen and I don't know what to do from there. Any help is appreciated!

Do a google image search, and set the size specifically to One's screen.

The build quality is excellent, feels like it'll stand for a long time.

I'm using my HTC One with TMo's $30 plan right now. You just need to be careful that you're in one of their LTE or re-farmed 1900MHz area for 3/4G, otherwise you'll be stuck in EDGE.

Buying a Sprint One won't give you much options really, since it won't work with Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile. So if you're staying with Sprint, might as well sign the contract.
