I use weather bug and this happens to me too. I live in Sacramento, CA and when I reboot the phone it thinks I'm in Nevada. But once I open the weather bug app it'll find my location and update it.

I would say if you've decided on an iPhone because of the camera then you should get the newest one, the iPhone 6 S.

I always carry mine in my pocket. One hand is a bit difficult so I always use two.

I use GPS occasionally when driving to places I'm not familiar with and haven't had it fail on me. Also, if you plan to root and install custom roms the ATT version is locked down. Might be better to buy the T-Mobile version if you're into that kind of stuff.

Ok, download the app Quick Boot then open it and select Recovery. It'll boot you into your custom recovery. Mine is call TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project). The other popular one is CWM (ClockWorkMod Recovery).
