I've already factory reset it once by accident after a freeze. It still does the same thing. I honestly think I just have a defective device. I don't have very many apps on my phone either so I find it hard to believe that is the issue.

Or do I have a defective device? It's been like this since launch day, I just figured there were some bugs in the software they had to iron out, but it's not getting better only worse. I figured this would be a big news story if it was a widespread problem, but I haven't heard anything. I can't...
