I had this same issue (couldn't click on the "OK" button for Nova in Accessibility Settings). I don't have Lux Lite, per se, but the similar (same?) Lux Auto Brightness. Indeed, disabling Lux briefly allowed me to click the OK button. Thanks, I never would have thought of this!
