Who knows how to install a different language on a tablet 7.7. Mine is in english but I want russian too....but I don't have that option in my language settings. Do I have to go to Russia? I have looked on the web and there is e out there......this is my last hope.....does anyone...

I don't give a flying fig what its designed for and we don't need lectures on the subject either...the fact is, my Samsung 7.7 tab has a SD card and I transfered a bunch of photos to it but the Tab can't read them...anywhere you search on the web about this problem, there are no answers...so...
