Has this guy tried any of these steps? On all my phones D1, ally ,and Dinc privacy wipe will route you to custom recovery to wipe. If you can access recovery and or fastboot YOU ARE NOT BRICKED!! Bricked is when your phone will not power on at all. Its possible that lg's privacy wipe messed up...

Why don't you have someone flash recovery and upload boot.img and system.img and make a custom from that?

follow commands excatly if it gives you the message its not found skip it (install-recovery.sh part).

Sounds like you didn't remove the install-recovery.sh.

Either you aren't rooted or if rooted haven't allowed permissons for adb shell in superuser.

I prefer that you don't. For one its good to understand terminal commands if you are tinkering with your phone. Also, when people make such apps and .bat files and I issue an update on recovery many people end up using the older version embedded in it and miss important bug fixes etc.
