That's strange..my ringer volume works. Have to make sure you pick all the settings from within the program and turn off the actual phone notifications.

There's an app called Missed Call in the marketplace that does that

The app "Missed Call" allows for LED color changing. also is free :)

Go to the messages folder, press the menu key and go all the way to the bottom and check vibrate. Same for the phone calls..from the phone app :)
