Why are my media & ring volumes muted after receiving a Bluetooth phone call?

Re: Why are my media & ring volumes muted after receiving a Bluetooth phone call? Same here. Vodafone smart prime 6 vf-895n on android 5.0.2. Pressing the volume rocker switch, the icon is a handset rather than a bell, and "none - priority - all" is missing. Only a reboot will fix it.

    Factory reset

It is a bit unclear to me what a factory reset will do and what will not do. I guess this "The Android version is restored to the shipped version and all updates are uninstalled" quoted here: Complete Guide to Resetting Your Android Phone | Cricket Wireless is not true then.

    Factory reset

Ok. So if I need to revert back before OTA, I need to manually install previous ROM using Odin? Will that advance my flash counter, so that warranty is void? If yes, how do I get back to "out of the box" state? Also, if I root the phone (keep stock ROM), will I go back to "out of the box"...

    Factory reset

When I bought it, my device was at android 4.0.4 and after an OTA it was updated to 4.1.2. If I do a factory reset, will I go back to 4.0.4? Thx

Use Device without entering SIM pin at boot

If I take the SIM out, the device will boot and give me access to contents, (obviously, phone is off). BUT if SIM is in, I cannot get past the pin input screen, and this is exactly what I want to do. I want to be able to give the device to my son to i.e. read a pdf, but I do not want him to be...

Insufficient storage for updates but you have plenty of space

Perhaps you wanted to install or move apps to sd card, which you CANNOT do on stock ICS and JB. So you used: adb shell pm set-install-location 2 and left it there. For your updates to install correctly, undo the above by: adb shell pm set-install-location 0
