This phone is a piece of crap. No phone should ever freeze up or lose calls and this phone freezes everyday. T-Mobil replaced my phone with another and the same problem. Now they replaced the Sim card and it still freezes up and I loose calls while talking. I'm going to AT@T! Donald M. Crow.

Yeah I have the same phone and it freezes up every day several times. I'm thinking of cancelling my T-Mobil account.
