I just got my Google assistant yesterday. On Verizon, US, stock Android build.

I was wondering the same thing if it has to do more with a language setting than a clock or screen setting. I did a quick search and couldn't come up with a language that would abbreviate March as Far but could it be showing it in two languages?

You might also see if you can find one that doesn't cover the curved portion, that may help them to stay if they are only on the flat surface. Not perfect protection but may be a good solution.

You might try logging out of the first account and logging back in. That sometimes resets the app. Also make sure your app is up to date. Have you tried force stopping the app too? Sometimes there are little glitches that come up.

Ironically they added a Bluetooth button in the latest update. Ha ha haven't had a chance to try it out but hopefully it will be more intuitive than it was.

Well it worked for about a day for me, it ended up installing on my phone last night. No major issues except the google sync over wifi... Guess I will now spend time trying to fix that. Hope you all have better luck than I did avoiding the update.

I too have been avoiding the update and I got the same options. One way I have been able to keep it delayed with out setting up an install time is to hit the back arrow instead of one of the options on the screen. Eventually it will pop up to remind me to install but I just clear the window...

Ok so today tried it out. There is not a specific Bluetooth or privacy button. Instead if you hit the button marked "speaker" it will toggle thorough the car stereo or your ear piece. Guess I just assumed it would toggle speaker on or off not which speaker is used. Hope this helps you guys...
