    I'm glad you solved the battery issue! If the issue does come back, do keep in mind though that poor reception can be one of the biggest battery drainers.

    It sounds like it could be something from the Cisco Jabber app. You could try uninstalling it temporarily and see if that helps.

    Not really. The battery could be slightly better but apart from that, it's a fantastic device. I really do hope that we'll see the Note21 Ultra this year but I'm not holding my breath.
