    Trouble Viewing Network Cameras

    For the first couple of months that I had my S4 I was able to view networked security cameras using my data plan. Now when I attempt to connect, I can only do so when I have a wifi connection. My data plan has not changed as far as I am aware of. Any ideas? Thanks
