well it started 2-3 days ago. NOthing happens when i plug it in while the battery is out.

when i plug in the charger while the phone is shutdown, it shows a sign i cant figure out , and it doesnt charges ! here is the image of that sign. however when i plug out and start the phone, it runs for 40 seconds and then says "Invalid battery, shutting down". i deliberately dropped my phone...

I m relatively new to android , i installed Stump Root to root my device and it said "already Rooted" but when i installed Greenify, the app said "Non-Root mode Only". What to do now ?
