EUREKA!! How to change the Lock Screen Clock (Nooo...NOT the Always On Display Clock): You can only do it with an app. I tried "Lock Screen for Galaxy S8" from the PlayStore and it worked. I had to edit my wallpaper image and then reselect it, but it worked fine otherwise. Here's the PlayStore...
