Storage info on a 32GB model should show as that pic in Post #8 above: 27.56GB or 27.58GB for Total Space Easy to check and should be no issues exchanging it if the serial matches the box (that of course shows 32GB) - 3rd line from the bottom on the left of the box's label should show 32GB

I'm not sure of your local sales tax situation, I was able to pick up a Nexus 7 32GB from ebay (last week's 1 day deal with qty 6000 available - all sold) for a little less than what a 16GB model is locally with Sales Tax. Keep a lookout for more online deals on the 32GB model..
