Thanks, but already been there done that. Only found one complicated thread on it. Some said it didn't work. Waiting for an easy one click method if ever that will happen.

Someone surely has been able to root this phone by now. Its a 2014 phone . Can Tracfone and Google lock a phone down this tight?

I am a newbie to Android. I have learned how to root my little RCA 7 inch however. I was shocked to find that all I need to do is plug in a USB cord, connect to my Windows laptop and can view all files on the tablet. :eek: Even though they are supposedly "locked" using CM Security. Anyway...
