So, if I have an iMac, how exactly would I transfer music to the Rezound?

I am in need of help. I just got the Rezound, and I want to load music on it to replace my iPod. I looked through the manual, and got no where. The vcast app does me no good either. I am hoping that someone can help me out. My music library is on an iMac, so all help is appreciated.
