Thanks Millerwa76, but my problem is that I want to remove screen lock (pattern), but the options "Swipe, no security" and "None" is greyed out, so I can't.... :p

tituswife; It's exactly the same on my phone, "no security" and "none" is greyed out... Let's hope somebody knows what to do! :)

I chose to set a screenlock (pattern) on my new Note 4, but I don't like it, so I tried to remove it, but thats not easy... Chatted with Samsung Norway, and they said that there might be an app on my phone that requires higher security, so it won't let me remove the lock. (But they had no idea...
