Sometimes it does get hot but generally that is when it is stuck in the boot loop. It gets hot were the motherboard is located. I googled about the test but to no avail. I can't do anything with that phone, it won't let me even get into the boot menu. When I restart it, it is almost a sure thing...

S7 active cannot stay on for more than a day , most of the time even less. It goes into a rebooting cycle non stop. If I put it in the freezer for a few min it usually solves the problem but not always. I have clear the cache, done factory reset and changed the battery. Please please help.
