Mine does this when I drive to and from work across town, or just any where in general. Its annoying to see my phone reset at least 3 times. Having my bluetooth connected seems to reduce the chances of this happening.

Its taken a while to adjust to not having cards to swipe. Now I fly through the device like a pro. I have my scene set the way I want it and I am enjoying it!

I requested mine to be charged to my account. It was no biggie. Sales rep chose BTA and it was done.

Its pretty snug. I haven't noticed any wiggle. Its almost "invisible."
