I tried numerous times to get KIES to inform me of the upgrade finally I ran KIES as admin (Win 7 64) and turned off my firewall (Zone Alarm), finally KIES showed the upgrade. It would download the update and then just sit there. I unplugged the phone shut down KIES and tried again (actually...

No still not seeing the update. Kies shows the phone is connected, but the section that shows Firmware Information has Current firmware version and nothing after it. I tried deleting kies again and reinstalled it, no luck. Plugged directly into the PC (Windows 7, 64) USB slot, tried multiple...

Not seeing an update via kies. Updated kies, no change. Uninstalled kies, downloaded from keis website, no change. Used 2 different Samsung USB cables, no change. Anything else to try?

Recent Android convert, due in part to all the awsomeness of Android Central. Would love a Nexus 7.

Where is the Samsung App Center? I don't see it on my AT&T device.

There may be hope for some people. My USPS tracking just updated to this, "Arrival at Post Office, June 30, 2012, 8:45 am, Expected Delivery By: June 30, 2012". Hopefully other people will see the same thing soon.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered last night, received tracking info for USPS (I didn't even think about asking for overnight shipping until I received the USPS tracking number). No update since it departed USPS sort facility last night at 10:13. Guess I'll get it when I get it. I still need a case...

What was the reason for not wanting to give it to you for $199? Was that in store pre-order or online?
