I agree. I uninstalled the SideSync updates and no more problems. I can live with that. Samsung is lazy though and isn't addressing this issue. When I first complained of it, they told me to do a factory reset and if that didn't work to send it in for repair... clearly a software issue, NOT...

When I did a factory reset, it seemed to start working again, but only for a day. Now back to having issues. Maybe installing Side Sync DOES have something to do with it. Frustrating because that is one of the reasons I got this particular tablet. Same with the ability to use bluetooth...
