Yeah. Unfortunately, I did find many perfect units in Bestbuy and in the Sprint stores. The power button was super easy to use and it was even all the way around. I've packed up my One and will ask for an exchange. If they are out, then I'll just wait till all the stores get them again. Good...

Sorry to hear about your issues! I just started a post here for the exact same issue with my power button. It's annoying the heck out of me as I have to press it extra hard to get it to work on the right side. Looks like HTC has some QA issues to iron out.

Thanks derande. I appreciate your input. I guess I'm just coming from the premise that the button should be equally level all the way around. As the right side is sunk in almost flush, it makes it harder for my to turn on/off the phone with my right index finger.

derande, Thanks for the quick reply! I guess it's nice so you don't hit it by accident. But I feel it can be annoying when you try to power up the phone with one had. I had a Samsung GS3 and the button was raised about 2mm on the right and it was easy as pie to hit it.
