I got charged and the text... For reference, here's my order time (had to do it over the phone because of JOD) called as soon as it went live: Now we wait for the UPS tracking. I'm guessing most (early) pre-orders should have their devices by Tuesday.

They're going to give you 21 days to return the equipment, and when you don't they're going to bill you for the remainder of the retail amount. Remember, their full price for the phone is $499. Also, their bills are pro-rated, so you can expect to see a bill for a couple of days of usage as well.
