It took several tries to format it NTFS with the computer. I have two different card readers. With one, it kept saying it was write protected. With the other, it kept saying "unable to format" without giving a reason. I was finally able to format it with the "unable to format" one, but then...

My Windows 7 can do exFat or NTFS, but not FAT32. I downloaded software to try FAT32. I will try NTFS. I've also been told to try bumping up the cluster size to the biggest possible.

I reformatted it, as FAT32, in the computer. It required downloading software, as my computer did not have a FAT32 option built in. The problem still occurs.

I formatted it in the phone, as someone on these forums (just a thread I read, I didnt post) suggested. As soon as the videos that DID work finish uploading, I'm going to use my card reader and format it on the computer.
