I realize it would be tough to emulate edge gestures, but the rest of the inter-operability functions, etc. would make teh GN5 golden until we get the GN8, or whatever they re-brand it as.

This whole battery discussion is hard to swallow - with fast charging, how many of us would take a GN7 with a 3200 mah battery in order to keep that fantastic form factor and softwae experience - I'd bet it would be most of us here. Therefore, there has to be something else going wrong with this...

Re: A Possible Solution / A Compromise This "size" thing is a freakin' joke! What do you think, 95% put a case on their phones anyway, so why not add a few mm to thickness and give you the room you really need for a decent battery and support electronics.
