My HTC one takes FOREVER to recharge. Using an electrical output it takes about 1hr to charge 15-20% and when I use my laptop to charge the phone it takes about 1hr to charge 7-10%. I've had the phone for 2 weeks now.

Few times a day my HTC one freezes unexpectedly. I need to hold down the power button for more than one minute to restart the Specifications: -running apex launcher -ram is 500mb -running only 3 widgets -did a virus scan What's the solution please help?:confused:
