Thanks for the reply. I never had issues with stock Sense, nor did I have them when I ran CM7 for a couple of days. I'm guessing that it might be a problem with RC 4.9. Not a huge issue, but it would be nice to hear my Super Mario 1-Up when I get a text :-)

After installing this ROM did anyone else get an email from Google's Android Team thanking them for purchasing a Nexus S? I've installed other roms in the past couple of months and I've never gotten anything like that in my inbox. Thoughts?

Downloading this now. I'm new to the TB root scene, and CM7 RC 1.2 isn't cutting it for me. Hopefully this will be the ticket to Android happiness!

I did the OTA upgrade on Friday night, and I was still able to perform a root by following the steps on page one. I had to do it twice because I accidentally unplugged during the root process. EDIT: Failed to mention earlier that I flashed CM7 as well as the MR2 radio from XDA after rooting.

I'd like to know as well. I'm getting the CM7 itch, but I want to make sure I can 1-click while having the OTA update from Friday.
