Agreed. 2GB is the most I have seen to date with this spec and I don't see the need for it. I understand there is a buzz that the GN3 will have 3 GB. But seeing it is also rumored to boast a 13MP camera with Optical IS and an Octa Core 1.8, I wouldn't be surprised.
