Agreed. There's also a bug with the charger cord- where your phone makes noises when it's charging because it disconnects and reconnects a trillion times during the night. So it's imperative that I keep my phone on silent when it's next to my bed and charging. I might as well throw my phone out...

I was just pushed 5.0 this Monday. How long until I can expect 5.1?

It was fine before the 5.0 update- why would they change/remove that option?

I was able to get a screenshot of both my issues. The top bar where it says verizon wireless typically had my mail, text, instagram, etc notifications. The message below "There are no calendars selected!" seems to appear over any application every 30-60 seconds.

Thanks for your response but that's not what I was referring to. I only want the bar notifications. I dont want my text messages and e-mails to show on the lock screen where you can read the sender/messages. I just want the text notification at the very top notification bar.

You need to pay extra for that. That's not a fix.

When I tap it, it asks me to sign up for Verizon's visual voicemail service. If I hit cancel it just goes back to the notification screen.

How do I get rid of this???? every time I swipe it away or clear it, it comes back! It just started this morning. I dont use voice mail I use GOOGLE VOICE.

I've got a 2014 Subaru WRX and I'm also having the same issue. It worked fine for my Galaxy Nexus. But the Galaxy S5 doesn't seem to want to connect when I start the car. No idea why.
