I've only had great experience with Motorola. I've had 3 different devices from them and getting my 4th soon (a Xoom). As with all companies, sometimes you get less than helpful people, but as a whole, Moto is much more consumer friendly than pretty much any large company I've worked with.

No problems here. Had the issue develop after 6 months onmy OG Droids. Am actually going to try to use BT more often so doesn't get too lose. Seems to be an issue with all mobile phones in MHO

Yeah, alot of what you would expect to be the standard Google apps (mail, music, gallery, etc) are actually moto/motoblur versions. Pretty annoying because they have the same name but different icons. Best bet is to download the ones you want and/or root and remove the modified stuff
