USPS finally updated the tracking number. Looks like it's just leaving TX tonight and I won't get it until Friday, which in turn mean I won't get it until Sunday. :(

Yes I did, within the last 45-60 minutes. However comforting it may be having a tracking number, as many know, it's rather useless coming from USPS.

Ordered on the 9th. I now have a USPS tracking number.

Well they've updated Shipping Date to 04/17/2013, however Tracking Number still says Pending Shipment. I was really hoping to be one of the early receivers, considering I'm leaving town Friday morning and won't be back until Sunday. The torture. :'(

Just a quick follow up, I did get a call from RadioShack this morning. The guy told me that his AT&T rep came in and told him the deal I was asking about ($50 Google Play card) was not a national promotion and only some RadioShacks would be offering that locally. Bummer.
