Thanks B. Diddy. There is only one hotel wi-fi network i am pretty sure. It’s labeled as HOTELABCDEFG (where ABCDEFG is name of hotel). Also I have done ‘reset Wi-fi, mobile & blutooth’ a number of times to no avail :( :(
