I have been using it for a few days now and it seems stable on my S8+ and Ford Sync 3 system. The only issue I have seen so far is that the voice prompt volume fluctuates. The notification will start out very quiet and get louder, but not obnoxiously loud.

Which version of Ford Sync and what phone? I have a 2017 Focus with Sync 3 and a Samsung S8+ (AT&T) and the only prblem I have is with Spotify not working if I don't "force stop" the app before connecting to the car. My Note 5 worked as well, but I did have to do a factory reset on that...

Not likely, it is a brand new car with the latest Sync 3 updates. I just set up a tasker profile that will turn off bluetooth, wait 10 seconds and then turn it back on. We will see if this workaround helps for now.
