Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 Update Issues

Yeah, I have the exact same problem with the folder staying open. That's how I ended up on this thread. It must be a folder thing because it occurs even if the folder is in the main navigation bar. It's annoying, to say the least. I hope they fix this one soon as it's a constant issue.

Just fyi in case anyone comes across the same problem that I did and hit this page. I tried installing FoxFi on the Verizon Galaxy S4 and got the following error message: "Fail to activate hotspot: Fail to start WiFI mode, please try again." After trying uninstalling and reinstalling FoxFi...

[GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phone!!

Re: [GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phon Nice. How well does the Plastidip help keep the phone on the charger in the car? For me, I noticed the issue is largely the weight of the phone (and probably how relatively weak my magnets are) so the phone can slide off in an...

[GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phone!!

Re: [GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phon Thanks, that looks good. Is that the extended battery cover or the regular one? On my extended cover, the "SAMSUNG" doesn't look raised but in the picture, the Plastidip preserved the outline of the word.

Re: [GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phon I'm not quite sure what is going on but if I'd suggest taking things at a real step-by-step snail pace to see where along the line something is messing up, starting with known situations. To ensure that your coil/dock is not...

[GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phone!!

Re: [GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phon The easiest way is to use a regular 9V battery. The multimeter should read, as you might guess, 9V when you test the leads.

Re: [GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phon An easy way to test your coil: Put it together the way it is supposed to on your GNex battery cover. Make sure that the black tape/foil that covered the coil originally on the Pre cover is installed as it won't work without that...

[GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phone!!

Re: [GUIDE] Galaxy Nexus MOD/Palm Touchstone-No soldering on phon You're welcome. Just wanted to give a little back. I haven't gotten around to adding a custom ROM and I'll have to order another puck so either of those may be the issue with charging in my car. Generally speaking, I found that...
