Okay I do have Titanium Backup and have used it to freeze and remove apps. I am not to savvy with with the OS of android phones so I am going to have to have it spelled out in simple terms. Anyway to get the apps I deleted back?

What do you mean by TB backups? I froze most all the unwanted apps. The only ones I removed was NFL, Golf, Blockbuster and obvious non essential crap.
