Has anyone been able to buy the phone outright (to keep my UDP) and still been able to apply the $100 credit? I tried this at a corporate store and even though I showed them the web page above they still said their system would only apply it if the phone was purchased with a new 2 year contract...

I was told about this deal by a store associate on Monday so take this for what its worth. He said that this will only apply to on contract purchases.

I'm getting the same problem. I thought it was because I was rooted, but now that you mention it it seems to be only a problem since the S/W update.
