Having the same issue. The failed email pops up everytime I reboot my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the exchange acct. Still having the same issue. Nothing in my outbox or drafts is shown. I tried to contact IT server side...no luck on any fix Any help is welcomed. Thanks!
