Another one Resolved! I continued to remove apps, and found after removing Twitter and GroupMe (Chat) I was able to use WIFI and Data again on my Note II.

I also have a Note 2 and this issue with continual restarts began for me on 9/21 around 8pm. Like everyone else if I turn off data and wifi, text and the phone work. I uninstalled most apps. I also saw that uninstalling Spotify and Amazon Apps helped, but I uninstalled and disabled them and I am...
