Re: firmware update This fixed it! The 'trick' is to make sure the Tab 2 is on AC power -- USB cable connected to a CHARGER, not to a USB port on a PC/Laptop. Cycle power until the thing stays off, displaying the battery being charged. Then power back up, check for updates, and it should...
