agreed, if the phone works and all don't do anything, the only thing you can't do is sell it.

check the battery, easiest way to check is to put it flat on a flat surface and try to spin it, if it does spin like a top then the battery has gone bad physically and you will need to change it asap. this is why i never get phones that does not allow you to take the battery out.
