Wish you well, and I think you've made a wise choice.
I love mine though. Just wish I can afford to own a Note 2 as well as it was really a tie between the two when I was deciding which to buy.

Tuned up on max volume and no warning on mine. I don't think the problem is geological or even network related, but I don't know how to disable it though. I'm in the UK, btw.

Exactly. You'll never buy a new phone if you keep waiting for the "next big thing" because chances are, every next thing is going to be big enough reason to wait for.
For me, I want the "pure Google experience" that comes with N4. That's why I bought it.

I personally like Note 2 much better than GS3.
In fact, I was so close to buying the earlier instead of my current N4 the other day. But that's just because I previously owned a HTC Sensation XL and tired of not getting updates on time and so I decided to buy a Nexus phone.
Good luck!

Yikes, just reading this thread gives me the creeps! And it's only been 2 days since I bought it. Ordering a case right now! Not gonna risk it.

The exact same thing happened to my N4 yesterday i.e. the same day I bought the phone. It happened once, so I just thought maybe it's got to do with OS updating.

This has got to be a joke and a bad one, at that. I mean please, just by adding the word 'scientific' doesn't make the story solid and believable. And quoting the Wikipedia instead of actual scientific journal? We all know much of the content in there are crap.
Never had a tab before and my hands been itching to grab one since forever. Alas, I am just an ordinary student on study loan. Would LOVE to have one for free of charge :D
