    why won't my Galaxy S6 text to 5 digit numbers?

    I seem to remember a question popping up the first time I tried to do this and I answered it...I don't remember the exact question OR what I answered. But now it won't let me do it at all. the message is always flagged as "FAILED" Any ideas on how to UNanswer that question????
