I used mine yesterday in very bright sunshine. I had the screen set to autobrightness and I could see it just fine as long as the sun was not directly on it. If I held it straight out in front of me I could see it just fine. No it is not as good as my iPhone, but it is workable.

Well after having the iphone for practically 3 years, I wanted to use the nexus one for a couple of days before posting about what I miss. It took a while to get used to the UI coming from the iphone, but now that I have I love it. It is so customizable and the notification bar is awesome...

Sounds like your enjoying it Duvi.. Mine will be here tomorrow. I can't wait. However if the iphone 4.0 hardware and software release this summer catches or passes the N1 or other android phones in feature/function It will make it hard not to take another look at the iPhone. EZ

Yea, well if I love it, I can sell my iPhone 3gs 32gb and come out a little ahead. I am excited, hopefully tuesday it arrives. I was not up for a carrier subsidy so I would be paying full price even if ATT had it. And at least ATT will not be messing with the OS like they did with the backflip.
