Have mine set to backup photos on wifi as well but no issues. From aug 13 - 21 (today) - G+ is showing 1.15mb used. I haven't gotten the update yet. still 4.4.2

I've tried the Galaxy and iPhone's but i'm itching to try something new. Phablet, HTC One, LG G3, Oneplus one. Soon soon... Don't get me wrong, i love my moto x..i just..like man-toys. :)

Hey everyone, With the impending release of Moto X+1, price drops and now motorola offering free wooden back for moto x until august 21st - I thought i'd share my likes/dislikes about the phone after using it for a year. Pros: Battery life - probably my favorite part about this phone Android...

16gb + microsd would be ideal. I have the 16gb moto X and ...surprise..it isn't enough.

I've been using smaller phones ( i thought the S3 was a tad too big for me) - currently using Moto X. But I'm probably going to try a phablet - probably the Note 4. I've heard you just get used to a bigger screen and can't go back. Maybe it's true. Maybe it's not. But I like to try new...

I think if they can keep the battery top notch while keeping a bigger/better screen & quadcore cpu - that'd be a big win in my books.

Re: Korean Note 4 - Will it work in US on AT&T? I'm also hitting up Korea mid-September and was reading into this same thing as well. 1) obviously same frequency/bands/cdma/gsm etc as the carrier you plan to use it with - double check that. 2) I read it is not easy to get an off contract...

Has there been any mention of the Note 4 being waterproof? I would think so just because of the S5...but don't think I've seen any confirmation/leak of that in the rumors yet.

I'd actually prefer the leathery back. Metal will add weight and I feel I'd end up getting a case for it if it was metal. I've never had a phablet before but I'm planning to have that cherry popped by the Note 4. Excited.

Re: moto x Yes I think so, but might as well wait for the X+1 reveal so you don't get buyers remorse ;)

Most likely I will pop my wearables cherry and pick up the Moto360. design is slick.

Re: Moto X - Front Camera Grommet Dislocated I've had my phone for a year but i really have not used the front facing camera at all. I did just take a peek and it looks to be centered and the camera seems to have no issues. Just chiming in.

I've had issues with this too. Sometimes it just won't connect for some reason but most of the time it works automatically. Hopefully they keep/improve this function come Moto X+1
